Wholesale FAQ

The questions buyers ask first.

What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?+
We work primarily by container — 1×20ft or 1×40ft, depending on the product. For first-time customers we can sometimes consolidate mixed loads. Contact us with your shopping list and target volumes and we'll come back with options.
What payment terms do you accept?+
Standard terms are 30% T/T deposit + 70% against shipping documents, or irrevocable L/C at sight from a top-tier bank. For repeat customers we offer flexible terms once a track record is established.
How long does delivery take?+
Sourcing & QC: 7–14 days. Sea freight from origin port to destination: 18–35 days depending on the corridor. Customs clearance support included. Door-to-door possible in selected markets.
Which African markets do you serve?+
We currently operate active lanes into West Africa (Senegal, Côte d'Ivoire, Ghana, Nigeria), Central Africa, and North Africa. Get in touch even if your country is not listed — we open new lanes regularly.
Are products certified?+
Every shipment ships with full documentation: certificate of origin, health certificate, halal certification (where applicable), and HACCP/ISO compliance from our suppliers. Inspection on request.
Can I private-label?+
Yes. For dairy, canned fish and condiments we can produce under your brand from MOQs as low as 1×40ft container. Artwork support and regulatory compliance included.
